FS200R12KT4R is an Infineon Technologies EconoPACK™ 3 sixpack IGBT power module designed for high-performance industrial motor control and power conversion applications. It features Infineon TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT4 technology with optimized switching characteristics, low conduction losses and an integrated NTC temperature sensor for thermal monitoring.
