FS200R12KT4R is an Infineon Technologies EconoPACK™ 3 sixpack IGBT power module designed for high-performance industrial motor control and power conversion applications. It features Infineon TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT4 technology with optimized switching characteristics, low conduction losses and an integrated NTC temperature sensor for thermal monitoring. With a 1200V collector-emitter voltage rating and 200A continuous collector current capability, this module provides high power density and reliable operation for general-purpose motor drives, servo systems and industrial inverter applications.
