Product Overview
ETX1506 is a Vishay Semiconductors FRED Pt® hyperfast recovery rectifier designed for high-frequency power conversion applications. The device features a 600V reverse voltage rating, 15A average forward current capability and extremely fast 20ns reverse recovery time. With low forward voltage drop, low leakage current and high-temperature operation up to +175°C, it is suitable for PFC circuits, switching power supplies, inverters, UPS systems and other high-efficiency power electronics applications.
