TC16-161T+ is a 1:16 core-and-wire transformer specified from 600 kHz to 160 MHz. The high impedance ratio is intended for coupling a 50 Ω single-ended path to a much higher-impedance balanced stage, producing a substantially different voltage and current relationship than common 1:1 or 1:4 baluns.
