Designed for 880 MHz to 960 MHz, HHM1763B2 provides a controlled single-ended-to-balanced RF interface. The 1:3 impedance relationship converts the 50 Ω unbalanced / 150 Ω balanced ports and sets the differential load expected by the connected RFIC. Published selection limits include 1.4 dB maximum insertion loss, 10 dB minimum return loss, 0 dB ±1 dB amplitude balance and 180° ±10° phase balance.
GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G Bands 8/81 with a 150 Ω differential RF port. TDK lists the device as not recommended for new designs, so the exact package and impedance should be retained until an approved replacement is qualified.
