Product Overview
Designed for 880 MHz to 960 MHz, HHM1763B2 provides a controlled single-ended-to-balanced RF interface. The 1:3 impedance relationship converts the 50 Ω unbalanced / 150 Ω balanced ports and sets the differential load expected by the connected RFIC. Published selection limits include 1.4 dB maximum insertion loss, 10 dB minimum return loss, 0 dB ±1 dB amplitude balance and 180° ±10° phase balance.
GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G Bands 8/81 with a 150 Ω differential RF port. TDK lists the device as not recommended for new designs, so the exact package and impedance should be retained until an approved replacement is qualified. Because neighboring HHM models use different balanced impedances and frequency ranges, the exact part number must be matched during replacement review.
