TLP124 is a Toshiba photocoupler featuring a GaAs infrared LED optically coupled with a phototransistor output. Designed for electrical isolation and signal transmission applications, this compact mini-flat coupler provides 3750Vrms isolation voltage, high current transfer ratio and reliable switching performance. With a small surface-mount package and high noise immunity, it is suitable for programmable controllers, AC/DC input modules, office equipment, telecommunication systems and industrial control applications.
