Product Overview
EHF-FD1622 is intended for 700 MHz to 900 MHz RF interfaces requiring 50 Ω unbalanced / 200 Ω balanced port matching. The 1:4 relationship connects the 50 Ω unbalanced / 200 Ω balanced ports without requiring a larger discrete matching network. Confirmed selection data includes insertion loss of 1.0 dB maximum, phase behavior of 180° ±15°.
The band covers common sub-GHz communications and cellular allocations while transforming the antenna-side 50 Ω path to 200 Ω balanced. The EHF ordering code fixes the frequency band, impedance ratio and package style, so other EHF family members should not be substituted solely on package similarity.
