Product Overview
HHM1520 is intended for 2.4 GHz to 2.5 GHz signal chains where a compact transformer or matched balun replaces a larger discrete network. The 1:2 relationship converts the 50 Ω unbalanced / 100 Ω balanced ports and establishes the differential load expected by the connected RF stage. Confirmed selection data includes insertion-loss performance of 1.0 dB maximum, return loss of 10 dB minimum, phase balance of 180° ±10°.
The device is intended for 2.4 GHz WLAN and Bluetooth 50 Ω-to-100 Ω interfaces. Its compact footprint lets the balun sit close to the RFIC, reducing the additional phase error and mismatch introduced by long differential PCB traces. The recorded lifecycle state is EOL announced, so the part is principally relevant to legacy production, repair and shortage sourcing.
