The Microchip Technology MIC2564A-1YTS is a PCMCIA switch/driver with a serial interface and four high-side N-channel outputs. It supports 3.3 V, 5 V, and 12 V load voltages from a 3.3 V to 12 V supply, provides 120 mA maximum output current, and uses a surface-mount 24-TSSOP package.
