Product Overview
For signal paths from 900 MHz to 1.35 GHz, EHF-FD1620 supplies a defined 1:4 transformer relationship. The 1:4 relationship connects the 50 Ω unbalanced / 200 Ω balanced ports without requiring a larger discrete matching network. Confirmed selection data includes insertion loss of 1.0 dB maximum, phase behavior of 180° ±15°.
Its range covers upper-UHF and lower-L-band receiver systems where the connected RFIC expects a 200 Ω differential impedance. The EHF ordering code fixes the frequency band, impedance ratio and package style, so other EHF family members should not be substituted solely on package similarity.
