Product Overview
The DXP18BN5016DL is a compact ultra-miniature film balun transformer characterized across 470 MHz to 870 MHz. The 1:6 relationship connects the 50 Ω unbalanced / 300 Ω balanced ports without requiring a larger discrete matching network. Only the confirmed frequency, impedance and package information is included; unavailable electrical limits are intentionally omitted.
The 300 Ω balanced port is intended for higher-impedance differential tuner or communication IC inputs that cannot be matched by a standard 1:2 or 1:4 balun. The manufacturer land pattern and short, symmetrical balanced traces are important because package parasitics become part of the matching network.
