Product Overview
TC4-11X+ targets broadband RF and IF interfaces from 2 MHz to 1100 MHz, using a 4:1 step-down transformer relationship rather than a narrow tuned network. Its 50 Ω primary / 12.5 Ω secondary port relationship is intended for controlled step-down matching as well as balanced/unbalanced conversion. Confirmed selection limits include insertion loss of 1.0 dB maximum from 5 to 700 MHz; 2.0 dB maximum from 2 to 1100 MHz.
Its passband covers UHF and lower microwave allocations used by cellular, telemetry, broadband radio and RF instrumentation while retaining transformer-based single-ended-to-differential conversion. The X-family suffix identifies a top-hat or flat-lead construction that should be matched to the approved PCB footprint. Published absolute limits include RF power 0.25 W and DC current 30 mA. The installed result also requires the published land pattern and electrically symmetrical balanced connections.
