GALI-84+ is a MMIC gain block amplifier from Mini-Circuits. In an RF design it is normally used as a wideband 50 Ω gain stage, so the useful sourcing checks are not only the ordering code but also the operating band, gain behavior, output level, package footprint and bias conditions.
