Product Overview
The MIC5303-1.8YMT-TR from Microchip Technology is a positive fixed-output linear voltage regulator for surface-mount power-supply designs. It provides a single 1.8 V output at up to 300 mA and has a maximum input voltage of 5.5 V. The device includes an enable control feature and protection against over current and over temperature.
