Product Overview
The MIC5302-1.8YMT-TR from Microchip Technology is a positive fixed-output linear voltage regulator for a single 1.8V rail at up to 150mA. It accepts an input voltage up to 5.5V and provides a maximum dropout of 0.1V at 150mA, supporting compact power delivery in surface-mount designs. The 4-TMLF package measures 1.2x1.6 and includes an exposed pad, while enable control and over-current and over-temperature protection are integrated.

Design & Procurement Notes
