Product Overview
The MIC2563A-0BSM from Microchip Technology is a CardBus power-control device and PCMCIA switch for low-side power distribution. It provides four N-channel outputs with a 3:4 input-to-output ratio, logic-controlled non-inverting inputs, and support for 3.3 V, 5 V and 12 V loads. Maximum output current is 200 mA, with 1.8 ohm typical on-resistance. Fixed current limiting, over-temperature protection, and a 28-SSOP surface-mount package are included for operation from -40°C to 85°C ambient.
