FP100R12KT4 is an Infineon Technologies EconoPIM™ 3 Power Integrated Module (PIM) designed for high-performance industrial inverter and motor control applications. It integrates a three-phase rectifier, brake chopper and inverter stage in one compact module, using Infineon TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT4 technology with Emitter Controlled Diode and built-in NTC temperature sensor. With a 1200V collector-emitter voltage rating and 100A continuous collector current capability, this module delivers high power density, low switching losses and excellent thermal reliability for industrial drives, renewable energy systems and power conversion equipment.
