Product Overview
IR21363S is an Infineon Technologies (formerly International Rectifier) high-voltage, high-speed three-phase gate driver IC designed for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in inverter and motor control applications. It integrates six independent output channels with three high-side and three low-side drivers, supports operation up to 600V and includes over-current protection, under-voltage lockout and fault reporting functions. The device uses junction-isolated level-shift technology and is suitable for three-phase motor drives, industrial inverters and power conversion systems.
