TLP127 is a Toshiba high-voltage photocoupler featuring a GaAs infrared LED optically coupled with a Darlington phototransistor output stage. The device provides electrical isolation between input and output circuits, with a high collector-emitter voltage rating of 300V, high current transfer ratio and compact mini-flat package design.
