These devices support IoT links, cellular and Wi-Fi equipment, radio infrastructure, GNSS, radar, instrumentation, aerospace and industrial wireless systems.

Select from the operating frequency, bandwidth, modulation or wireless standard and the device's position in the signal chain. Receiver parts require suitable gain, noise figure, linearity and sensitivity; transmit paths require output power, efficiency, gain and spectral performance. Also compare impedance, return loss, P1dB, IP3, phase noise or error-vector performance where applicable, plus control interface and supply current. Confirm matching and bias networks, package ground layout, thermal limits, regulatory band requirements and lifecycle status before substitution.
