TLP621 is a Toshiba photocoupler featuring a GaAs infrared LED optically coupled with a phototransistor output. Designed for electrical isolation and signal transmission applications, this device provides high isolation voltage up to 5000Vrms, reliable switching performance and high noise immunity. With single-channel, dual-channel and quad-channel versions available, TLP621 is widely used in programmable controllers, AC/DC input modules, solid-state relays, power supplies and industrial control systems.
