For RF paths operating across 1.92-1.98 GHz and 2.11-2.17 GHz, HHM1534 establishes the published impedance and balance relationship. The 1:4 relationship converts the 50 Ω unbalanced / 200 Ω balanced ports and establishes the differential load expected by the connected RF stage. Confirmed selection data includes insertion-loss performance of 1.0 dB maximum, return loss of 10 dB minimum, phase balance of 180° ±10°.
The range supports UMTS and cellular RFIC ports requiring a 200 Ω differential impedance. The exact balanced impedance is especially important because nearby ordering codes may cover the same band while presenting 50 Ω, 75 Ω, 100 Ω, 150 Ω or 200 Ω differential ports.
