Product Overview
TLP137 is a Toshiba high-performance phototransistor output photocoupler designed for electrical isolation in industrial and communication interface applications. The device consists of a GaAs infrared LED optically coupled with a phototransistor output stage, providing high current transfer ratio, low input current operation and reliable signal isolation. TLP137 features an 80V collector-emitter voltage rating, 3750Vrms isolation voltage and a compact 5-pin MFSOP6 surface-mount package. It is widely used in programmable controllers, AC/DC input modules, telecommunications equipment and industrial control systems.
