TLP127(TPL,U,F) is a Toshiba mini-flat photocoupler featuring a GaAs infrared LED optically coupled with a Darlington phototransistor output. Designed for electrical isolation and signal transmission applications, this device provides high current transfer ratio, 300V collector-emitter voltage capability and 2500Vrms isolation voltage.
