LM199H is a precision temperature-stabilized voltage reference device originally developed by National Semiconductor and now supported by Texas Instruments / Analog Devices legacy product lines. It provides a highly stable 6.95V shunt voltage reference using an integrated heater and buried Zener structure, achieving excellent temperature coefficient performance and long-term stability.
