Product Overview
HHM1603A1 is intended for 2300 MHz to 2700 MHz front ends that require a compact production-ready balun. The 1:2 transformation connects the 50 Ω unbalanced / 100 Ω balanced ports and replaces a larger discrete matching network. Confirmed selection limits include insertion loss of 0.5 dB, return loss of 10 dB, amplitude balance of 0 dB ±2 dB, phase balance of 180° ±10°.
The range aligns with WLAN, Bluetooth, LTE and 5G Bands 7, 30, 38, 40, 41 and 69. The compact package reduces the distance between the balun and the associated WLAN, Bluetooth or cellular RFIC.
