MP1526 is a Sanken Electric silicon PNP epitaxial planar bipolar transistor designed for high-power audio amplification and linear power applications. The device is the complementary PNP partner of MN1526 and features a -260V collector-emitter voltage rating, -15A collector current capability and 150W power dissipation. Utilizing Sanken's LAPT (Linear Amplifier Power Transistor) structure, MP1526 provides excellent hFE linearity across a wide current range, high-frequency performance, improved switching characteristics and a wide safe operating area (SOA), making it suitable for professional audio amplifiers, high-end consumer audio products and power supply circuits.
