Product Overview
TCW2-6000+ is a Mini-Circuits LTCC 1:2 microwave balun transformer specified for 3.1 GHz to 6.0 GHz. It converts a single-ended RF path to a differential port while doubling the impedance relationship in a miniature ceramic footprint.
The band spans 3 GHz wireless, C-band links and 5 GHz WLAN front ends, where phase balance and board parasitics directly affect common-mode rejection. The 0603 six-pad layout allows the balun to sit close to the RFIC; equal-length balanced traces and the published land pattern are important at the upper end of the band.
