Product Overview
Designed for 600 MHz to 1.1 GHz, TCN3-11+ combines balanced RF conversion with a defined 1:3 impedance relationship. The 1:3 ratio establishes the intended relationship between the 50 Ω system ports while performing balanced/unbalanced conversion. Confirmed selection data includes insertion loss of 0.7 dB maximum, return loss of 12.66 dB minimum, phase balance of 6°.
The monolithic LTCC construction provides a small, repeatable RF interface for production radio designs in which phase balance and land-pattern parasitics matter. The 1:3 impedance ratio strongly affects voltage and current transformation, so the ratio and winding orientation must remain unchanged in an approved BOM. Additional published limits include RF power 5 W.
