Product Overview

T-622-KK81+ is a three-winding Mini-Circuits transformer with a 1:1:1 ratio and a 0.1 to 200 MHz specified range. Rather than acting as a simple two-port balun, its equal windings support balanced coupling and transformer networks in which the designer selects how the windings are connected for the required signal path.

The datasheet distinguishes the flatness bandwidth from the full usable range: the 1 dB bandwidth is 0.5 to 100 MHz, while the 2 dB and 3 dB ranges extend from 0.1 to 200 MHz. This matters in gain-sensitive IF or broadband instrumentation circuits. The KK81 surface-mount body and configuration F must be matched to the original PCB because the three-winding topology is not interchangeable with an ordinary 1:1 two-winding transformer.
