Product Overview
NCS3-72+ is a Mini-Circuits 1:3 LTCC balun for 250 MHz to 760 MHz. The part performs both single-ended-to-balanced conversion and impedance transformation, making it useful when a 50 Ω RF path must interface with a differential load that is three times the reference impedance.
The component is supplied in the compact GE0805C-9 ceramic package with the manufacturer’s J pin configuration. Its band placement fits lower-UHF receiver and communications designs; at these frequencies, preserving the pin orientation and keeping the balanced traces equal in length are important to prevent avoidable phase and amplitude error.
