Product Overview
The Infineon Technologies ITS428L2ATMA1 is a PROFET® general-purpose power switch and load driver with one high-side N-channel output in a 1:1 ratio. It supports a 4.75 V to 43 V load range, up to 5.8 A output current, and a non-inverting on/off interface. It includes a status flag and fault protection for fixed current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature, and over-voltage conditions, with no separate Vcc/Vdd supply required. The surface-mount package is PG-TO252-5-11, TO-252-5, DPAK (4 Leads + Tab), TO-252AD.
