FS400R07A3E3 is an Infineon Technologies HybridPACK™ DC6 automotive IGBT power module designed for electric vehicle and hybrid vehicle inverter applications. It integrates a three-phase six-pack IGBT configuration based on TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT3 technology with Emitter Controlled Diodes and an integrated NTC temperature sensor. With a 705V collector-emitter voltage rating and 400A continuous collector current capability, this module delivers high current density, low switching losses and excellent thermal performance for EV traction inverters, hybrid drives and automotive power conversion systems.
