FS150R12KT4_B9 is an Infineon Technologies EconoPACK™ 3 six-pack IGBT power module designed for high-performance industrial power conversion applications. It integrates Infineon TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT4 technology with a doubled mounting Emitter Controlled 4 diode structure and built-in NTC temperature sensor, providing low switching losses, high power density and excellent thermal performance.
