FP25R12KT3 is an Infineon Technologies EconoPIM™ 2 power integrated module (PIM) designed for compact industrial inverter and motor control applications. It integrates a three-phase input rectifier, brake chopper and three-phase inverter IGBT stage in a single package. Based on Infineon IGBT3 - T3 technology, the module provides low switching losses, high power density and reliable thermal performance. With a 1200V collector-emitter voltage rating and 25A continuous collector current capability, FP25R12KT3 is suitable for industrial drives, HVAC systems, pumps, fans and general-purpose inverter applications.
